Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 6-8 years of sales or engineering experience in automotive sector.
• Strong communication and computer skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand turbocharger sales with NA OEMs.
• Resolve internal and external issues related to MTEA.
• Negotiate commercial terms and find customer solutions.
• Coordinate with Mitsubishi Turbo teams globally.
• Set yearly targets with management and team.
• Manage active customer issues and project status.
• Prepare reports and maintain activity records.
• Promote Mitsubishi Turbo products in meetings/presentations.
• Conduct market research and customer visits for new business.
• Forecast sales and propose targets.
• Support budgets and policies for MTEA Sales.
• Ensure accuracy of contracts and commercial changes.
• Keep customer database up to date.
• Assist cross-functional teams in resolving issues.
• Support APQP activities with Mitsubishi Turbo.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
