Job summary

SupportFinity™ is hiring a Procurement Intern to assist the Tuna Procurement team with sourcing, sustainability activities, and invoice processing. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global seafood procurement and requires strong analytical skills and fluency in Spanish.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and has the willingness to travel internationally. The pay for this internship ranges from $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Supply Chain Management.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Interest in procurement and global supply chain operations.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tuna Procurement team in sourcing activities.
• Assist with cost tracking and cost analysis.
• Process and reconcile supplier invoices in SAP.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on discrepancies.
• Support communications with Spanish-speaking vendors.
• Assist with documentation and reporting related to procurement.
• Participate in special projects for sourcing strategy.
