Costa Farms is seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist to support the Global Sourcing Manager with project execution and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure timely follow-up on critical tasks.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in supply chain, MRP/ERP experience, and strong analytical skills. The role offers formal office work in Miami with opportunities for professional growth and supplier engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• At least 2+ years in a supply chain role with project coordination.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects for Global Sourcing manager and coordinate stakeholders.
• Identify potential new vendors based on category and assess quotes.
• Audit procurement execution against the sourcing plan and report findings.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain contract databases.
• Assist in contract reviews, execution, and reporting for stakeholders.
