Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist to support feasibility, enrollment and retention planning, and in-life trial optimization across diverse therapeutic programs in the US. You will collaborate with study teams, vendors, and analytics groups to drive data-driven decisions and improve trial outcomes on a global scale.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning to ensure enrollment success and timely trial delivery

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, trial optimization, or related clinical operations activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to support decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop reports, recommendations, presentations, and strategic plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Program Feasibility and Trial Optimization: gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs for feasibility and optimization planning.
• Recruitment and Retention Planning: lead early recruitment planning and develop needs assessments and budget estimates.
• In-Life Trial Management: monitor enrollment performance and coordinate enrollment support activities.
• Provide materials to analytics teams and manage system updates as trial needs evolve.
• Support validation and committee activities with scenario planning, risk inputs, and reports.
