Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or related clinical operations activities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to support decision-making.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with study teams, vendors, legal partners, analytics groups, and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop reports, recommendations, and strategic plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program feasibility and trial optimization planning.
• Support program review development and content review.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and country validation requests.
• Support validation and Clinical Trials Allocation Committee activities and reporting.
• Author initial Global Trials Optimization Report and update throughout trial lifecycle.
• Complete recruitment needs assessments and ensure study reports are current and actionable.
• Lead early recruitment and retention planning during feasibility.
• Develop initial recruitment budgets and vendor requests.
• Oversee enrollment materials and tactics execution.
• Provide materials to Metrics, Analytics & Performance team for study optimizer input.
