Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist to support program feasibility, recruitment and retention planning, and in-life trial optimization across global clinical studies. You will translate trial goals, country input, and enrollment insights into practical strategies, partnering with trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders.

This role emphasizes enrollment planning, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure trials

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other business partners.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear reports, plans, updates, and study-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Program Feasibility and Trial Optimization: Gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs to support feasibility and trial optimization planning.
• Recruitment and Retention Planning: Lead early recruitment and retention planning during feasibility and develop initial recruitment needs assessments.
• In-Life Trial Management: Partner with study teams to identify enrollment challenges, assess risks, and recommend mitigations.
