Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other business partners.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear reports, plans, updates, and study-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility planning: gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs for feasibility and trial optimization.
• Develop and review program materials, including requirements escalation.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverable development, and country validation requests.
• Support validation and trial allocation activities, including scenario planning and reporting.
• Author the Global Trials Optimization Report and maintain updates through trial lifecycle.
• Complete recruitment needs assessments and ensure trial-level reports remain current.
• Lead early recruitment and retention planning during feasibility and develop initial budget estimates.
• Coordinate enrollment support materials and vendor engagement; ensure implementation.
• Monitor enrollment performance and provide standard reports; identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate on site- and country-level enrollment strategies, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate materials with Metrics, Analytics & Performance teams for study optimizer entry.
• Manage system update requests as trial needs evolve.
