Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Manager, Trial Delivery Management to oversee country and regional trial delivery activities across multiple postings. You will ensure alignment of feasibility strategy with local teams, oversee vendor activities, and manage critical trial documents to support successful study execution.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/Healthcare, strong leadership, and expertise in CTMS and global trial management, with up to 15-20% travel.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or related industries.
• Experience in and knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process.
• Clinical research operational knowledge across multiple phases (I-IV).
• Ability to manage all aspects of execution of a clinical trial.
• Experience leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial (2-3 yrs).

Responsibilities

• Create and update trial-specific documents (Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Form, Investigational Medicinal Product documentation).
• Vendor setup and management of day-to-day study activities, including SOW creation and budget oversight.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and oversight (feasibility strategy alignment, country-level risk reviews).
• Support program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D Medical writing.
