Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Trial Delivery Manager to provide centralized, global clinical trial oversight within an FSP framework. You will lead Study Management Teams, coordinate country and site activities, and ensure trials meet quality and regulatory standards from start-up through close-out.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical operations, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a matrix organization across regions. Travel as needed is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
• 6+ years of clinical trial management experience in pharma/CRO.
• Experience leading global studies in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional clinical trial management activities for internally managed and outsourced studies.
• Ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met and communicated.
• Coordinate country, regional, and vendor activities within Clinical Development Operations.
• Maintain inspection readiness in accordance with ICH-GCP and sponsor SOPs.
• Support HA/IRB submissions and trial documentation control.
