Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, life sciences preferred; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry and development process.
• Project Management experience in R&D with PM methodologies.
• PM certification (PMP/CPM) preferred. Strong communication & leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate CDT strategy into a Compound Development Plan and drive execution.
• Lead PMT and coordinate cross-functional teams across global sites.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budget; manage risks and changes; governance reviews.
• Mentor team; foster collaboration and implement teaming principles.
