Job summary

FORTÉ is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead the global treasury operating model, optimize cash visibility, and strengthen banking controls. You will drive debt compliance, liquidity forecasting, and intercompany funding while coordinating with Accounting, Tax, Finance, Legal, IT, and regional leaders.

The ideal candidate combines deep treasury expertise with project management discipline to support a rapidly growing global organization and scalable treasury practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive corporate treasury or related finance experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience leading global banking consolidations, bank account rationalization, or treasury transformations.
• Strong project management, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate strategy into processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global treasury operating model and centralized/regional responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day banking relationships and treasury services across entities.
• Develop cash forecasting models and liquidity optimization strategies across regions.
• Drive banking consolidation, account openings/closures, and treasury system integrations.
• Provide treasury risk management, reporting, and compliance across the organization.
