Bank of America is hiring a Treasury Sales Associate I in Los Angeles area to manage a portfolio and support Treasury Sales Officers. You will coordinate client research, pricing strategies, onboarding, and CMP activities while partnering with product specialists to grow revenue and deepen relationships.

The role emphasizes accuracy in sales data, client readiness, and collaboration across internal teams. Travel up to 5% may be required, with a competitive benefits package and growth

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or completion of a training program.
• Ability to Travel up to 5%.
• Strong business and financial acumen for problem solving and client meetings.
• Builds client relationships through communication and collaboration.
• Proactive mindset with good time management.
• Results-driven and prioritizes client and team interests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales process for Commercial clients to grow revenue domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate research, pre-call planning, and collaboration with product partners.
• Maintain accuracy of sales data across core systems and pricing.
• Prepare profitability and revenue analyses at client/portfolio level.
• Assist AML and onboarding teams for client readiness incl. KYC.
• Coordinate CMP activities, client planning, and revenue tracking.
• Develop strategies and proposals for pre-call planning and pricing.
• Partner with product specialists to grow revenue and deepen relationships.
• Support clients through onboarding and training activities.
• Prepare meeting materials and ensure accurate reporting of sales data.
