Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Associate to manage end-to-end relationships within an assigned portfolio, coordinating sales through implementation and CMP. You will work with TSOs, AML/onboarding teams, and product partners to tailor treasury solutions, deepen client relationships, and drive revenue both domestically and globally.

The role requires strong financial acumen, solid communication, and the ability to travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or completion of a training program.
• Travel up to 5% willingness and ability.
• Strong business and financial acumen for risk assessment and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales for Growth; grow revenue domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate industry, prospect and client research for pre-call planning.
• Maintain accuracy of sales data across core systems and pricing.
• Prepare client and portfolio analyses, including profitability and revenue trends.
• Assist with client onboarding and CMP execution.
• Prepare proposals and pitchbooks for client meetings.
• Partner with product specialists to develop revenue growth strategies.
