Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales professional to manage and grow domestic and global client relationships within an assigned portfolio. You will coordinate CMP, partner with product specialists, and support end-to-end treasury sales from sale to implementation.

The role requires a mix of banking experience, client engagement, pricing knowledge, and strong analytical skills, with travel up to 5% and a focus on results-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or completion of a training program.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Strong business and financial acumen for problem solving and client meetings.
• Builds strong client relationships through communication and collaboration.
• Proactive mindset with effective time management.
• Results-driven focusing on client and team interests.
• Strong computer application skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales process for TSOs to grow revenue domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research to support pre-call planning.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of sales data across core systems (pipeline, plans, call reports, pricing).
• Produce and support client and portfolio level profitability analyses and revenue trends.
• Assist AML and onboarding teams to coordinate KYC onboarding for new entities.
• Coordinate CMP activities, client planning, calls, and revenue tracking.
• Develop strategies and proposals for pre-call planning and pricing models.
• Collaborate with product specialists to grow revenue and deepen relationships.
• Support clients through onboarding and training during implementation.
• Ensure accurate sales data and profitability reporting.
