Job summary

Perficient is seeking a Director, Treasury and Risk Management to lead global treasury operations. You will drive cash management, FX hedging, debt management, and treasury governance across multiple entities, ensuring liquidity and compliance.

Responding to senior finance leadership, you will partner with Tax, CFO, and accounting leaders to optimize the company-wide treasury program and support strategic initiatives. A strong background in SOX controls and banking relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• Experience leading global treasury functions and building cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience with cash management, liquidity, and banking relationships across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury management systems and transaction processing, including system implementations, bank account reporting, payments and disbursements, comprehensive cash management, and global cash flow forecasting.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce company-wide treasury policies, internal controls, and governance standards, including SOX framework for Treasury.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners; manage global banking structure, settlement of cash flows, and related controls.
• Lead design and execution of global foreign exchange exposure policies and hedging programs, monitor FX risk and mitigate exposure.
• Develop and enhance reporting and modeling to support funding and liquidity forecasting.
• Set and manage treasury-related policies to mitigate global risks aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Oversee global insurance programs and real estate portfolio management.
• Partner with Tax on strategies to maximize cash management efficiency.
• Prepare and file annual Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts reporting.
