Job summary

Tensec seeks a Director of Operations to build and scale the treasury backbone, AI-assisted compliance, and cross-border processes across multiple markets. You will own day-to-day operational capability, align legal and product needs, and drive cross-functional execution from the COO, CPO, and senior leaders.

You will lead the operational machine, manage vendor partnerships, and guide US market entry while ensuring responsible AI usage and scalable orchestration across corridors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, treasury operations, or financial infrastructure roles, preferably fintech or regulated finance.
• Builder mindset and ability to design scalable operational systems.
• Comfortable with multi-jurisdictional operations and cross-border finance complexities.
• Experience with AI governance, treasury automation, or orchestration infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational and cross-functional decisions with C-suite and senior managers.
• Advise product on onboarding, coordinate legal reviews, and align backend ops with frontend promises.
• Support PMO with cross-functional initiatives and governance of AI-assisted tools.
• Build and evolve treasury backend orchestration across markets and regulatory environments.
• Oversee vendor network, partnerships, and US market buildout for H2 2026.
