Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–8 years in treasury or consulting.
• Advanced treasury knowledge: structure, risk, cash forecasting, liquidity management.
• Experience training/mentoring junior staff; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury engagements as a senior team member with project/resource planning and client relationship management.
• Help develop proposals; support business development initiatives.
• Maintain strong client focus; build relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with partner and client to address risk and manage expectations.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Support development of data/analytics solutions leveraging technology.
