EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to play a leading role in growing and delivering treasury services for clients across industries. You will manage engagements, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to drive risk management, cash forecasting, and finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Achieved, or be working towards a professional designation, such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM.
• A proven record of problem solving and analytical thinking within a global corporate treasury or consulting business.
• Advanced skills in treasury organization and transformation, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, analytics, liquidity planning, and related areas.
• The ability to train and mentor junior colleagues and to present credibly to senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member, including project and resource planning, budget management, and client relationship management.
• Lead the proposal development process and participate in pursuit teams for treasury engagements; support business development.
• Maintain a strong client focus and develop productive client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to address risk and strategy; manage client expectations and deliverables.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines to provide integrated service delivery.
• Support development of data-driven solutions using analytics and technology to deliver client insights.
