Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to join Global Treasury Advisory Services to lead engagements, manage delivery teams, and grow client relationships across public and private sectors. You will apply treasury process experience, collaborate with EY professionals, and drive risk management, cash forecasting, and analytics.

This role offers exposure to a global network and opportunities to influence strategy, expand solution capability, and deliver exemplary client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation pursued or achieved (CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM).
• Experience in global corporate treasury or consulting.
• Expertise in treasury org structure, risk management, cash forecasting, analytics, and liquidity.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues.
• Strong sales and influencing skills; able to present to senior clients.
• Willingness to travel internationally with valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as senior team member to include project and resource planning, budget management, execution of work plans and client relationship management and ensure products/deliverables meet contract/work plan specifications and deadlines
• Lead the proposal development process and participate in pursuit team for prospective treasury engagements, support and lead business development and practice development initiatives
• Maintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with the partner and client to determine a strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations relating to deliverables, understanding the client’s industry, key performance drivers, business trends and industry developments
• Develop and maintain strong networks, both internally and externally, and work with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery
• Support the development of expanded client solutions in data and analysis, leveraging emerging technology and advanced analytics to deliver key insights to clients
