EY’s Global Treasury Advisory Services seeks a Treasury Manager to lead client engagements, develop Treasury solutions, and manage delivery teams across public and private sector clients. You’ll use treasury and corporate finance knowledge to grow market share and deliver exemplary execution, while coaching staff and advancing firm capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and client-focused execution within a fast-growing treasury practice across multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Pursuit or achievement of a professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM.
• Proven record of problem solving and analytical thinking within a global corporate treasury or consulting business.
• Advanced skills in treasury structure, risk management, cash forecasting, analytics, liquidity management, and related areas.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements, including project and resource planning, budget management, and client relationship management.
• Lead proposal development and contribute to pursuit efforts for treasury engagements.
• Maintain strong client focus and develop productive relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate to address risk and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and industry developments.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines for integrated solutions.
• Support development of expanded client solutions in data and advanced analytics.
