Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–8 years of treasury or consulting experience.
• Achieved or pursuing a professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM.
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking in a global corporate treasury or consulting context.
• Strong knowledge of treasury transformation, risk management, cash forecasting, liquidity management and related processes.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues and to present credibly to senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements, including project planning, budgeting, execution, and client relationship management.
• Lead proposal development and participate in pursuit teams for treasury engagements; support business development.
• Maintain client focus and develop relationships with client personnel; ensure deliverables meet contract specifications.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to address risk, industry trends, and client expectations.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines to provide integrated services.
• Support development of expanded client solutions in data, analytics and technology to deliver key insights.
