Job summary

The World Bank Group's WBG Pioneer Treasury Internship offers hands-on experience across five Treasury divisions in Washington, DC. Interns rotate through three teams over ten weeks, culminating in a capstone project and presentation to Treasury leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the second-to-last year of a four-year college degree program in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• Must graduate between December 2027 and September 2028.
• Must be in good academic standing at their college or university.
• Must be available full-time throughout the internship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Treasury teams in three-week intervals during the ten-week program.
• Engage in projects assigned by each rotation and support teams with analysis and research.
• Present a capstone project to Treasury management at internship end.
• Receive mentorship and participate in weekly program discussions and sessions.
