Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Head of Commercial Enablement & Planning within Global Payments to drive the strategic framework development and manage a multi-year commercial portfolio and roadmap for new launches and refreshes.

This role spans the full treasury services suite across the global client base. You will lead a global team, transform go-to-market processes, optimize partner engagement, and ensure traceability from discovery through delivery and ramp for the full portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic portfolio or product management, large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
• Experience in a global financial institution or fintech environment.
• Excellent team-building and leadership skills.
• Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills.
• Strong executive presence, comfortable presenting to all levels of management.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and partnership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team dedicated to evolving and optimizing the commercialization framework for Treasury Services.
• Spearhead commercial planning activities for the full suite of Treasury Services solutions through governance and cross-functional management.
• Builds and operationalizes a repeatable process, accounting for local and segment nuances.
• Builds a cohesive team through strong communication and leadership.
• Defines and operationalizes key performance metrics and OKRs for cross-organizational commercialization.
• Establish partner routines with stakeholders across Payments and segment leads.
• Collaborate with product teams to streamline product knowledge for a tech- and data-enabled GTM approach.
• Manages special projects on behalf of leadership.
