Job summary

Aston Carter in Melville, NY seeks a senior treasury professional to lead the company’s card, banking, and payment programs across domestic and international operations. You will be the primary relationship manager for banking partners, oversee implementations, service delivery, issue resolution, and program enhancements.

This permanent, hybrid role offers $110,000–$120,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, payment operations, commercial card programs, banking, accounting, fintech, or related environments.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, reconciliations, internal controls, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Ability to translate complex payment workflows into effective operational and accounting solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's treasury and payment programs across domestic and international operations.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for banking and payment partners, overseeing implementations and service delivery.
• Oversee card issuance, funding, settlements, reconciliations, disputes, chargebacks, and exception management.
• Maintain internal controls related to card activity, approvals, and transaction monitoring.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reporting, including GL entries, reconciliations, accruals, and rebates.
