Job summary

Carta, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Associate in New York or San Francisco to manage daily payment exceptions, approvals, and bank data. You will work with global banking partners and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, timely money movement.

The role requires 3+ years in finance/payments, Excel proficiency, and experience with ACH, wire, and FX transfers. Carta offers equity, strong benefits, and opportunities to implement AI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years in finance/accounting with 2+ years in treasury/payments
Advanced Excel/Sheets and data querying basics
Experience with ACH, wire, and FX transfers
Ability to own small to mid-scale projects and document SOPs

Responsibilities

Handle daily payment exceptions and platform operations.
Oversee daily payment approvals and disbursements for corporate accounts.
Maintain master banking data, limits, and reconciliations.
Support banking portal security and regulatory compliance controls.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.
Assist with monthly banking audits and fee reviews.
