Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to drive growth and manage delivery teams across treasury processes, risk management, and cash forecasting. You’ll engage with clients, lead projects, and mentor staff while integrating EY’s treasury and corporate finance capabilities.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or professional designations are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in treasury or related consulting.
• Designations such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM are preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking in global treasury contexts.
• Experience with treasury transformation, risk management, and cash forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury engagements as a senior team member including planning and client management.
• Lead proposal development and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain focus on client satisfaction and productive client relationships.
• Collaborate to address risk and manage client expectations on deliverables.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Support data analytics and use of technology to deliver insights.
