Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, shape strategies and drive value for clients in a dynamic global treasury practice. You’ll coach teams, manage risk, and deliver tailored treasury insights across multiple industries.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and strong communication with senior stakeholders while traveling as required to EY offices and client sites in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA or FRM is encouraged.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving within a global treasury or consulting business.
• Advanced skills in treasury transformation, risk management, cash forecasting, liquidity & banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury engagements with project and resource planning and client relationships.
• Support business development, proposals, and practice development initiatives.
• Mentor staff and provide supervision in client environments.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to address risk and deliver services.
• Develop networks and leverage data/analytics to deliver key client insights.
