Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead engagements across risk management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning, leveraging treasury process experience to deliver client value. You will balance executing client engagements with developing our business, coaching staff, and maintaining strong client relationships while coordinating with EY teams.

Travel to client sites will be required to deliver results and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Professional designations such as CTP, CFA, CPA or FRM are preferred.
• Global treasury or consulting experience with problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury engagements, including budgeting and client relationships.
• Drive business development and practice development initiatives.
• Mentor staff and provide technical guidance on treasury topics.
• Collaborate with partners to address risk and deliver client solutions.
• Develop networks and interdisciplinary collaboration to expand services.
