Alliance North America, headquartered in Henderson, NV, is seeking an experienced Treasurer to lead the global treasury function, focusing on liquidity management, capital structure, and risk management. This onsite role reports to the Executive VP, Finance, and supports enterprise growth with strong financial discipline.

The Treasurer will manage banking relationships, debt facilities, working capital optimization, and insurance programs, collaborating with Legal, HR, IT, and business leaders

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global treasury function including liquidity management, cash forecasting, investments, debt administration, banking relationships.
• Develop liquidity forecasts and optimize cash positioning across regions.
• Oversee treasury governance, SOX compliance, and risk reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to improve working capital and free cash flow.
