Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, accounting, or related financial disciplines.
• Experience leading treasury activities in a global, multi-entity organization and advising senior executives on capital investments, acquisitions, or international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Loram's global treasury strategy.
• Advise the CFO on capital structure, liquidity, leverage, debt capacity, and funding strategies.
• Lead the evaluation and execution of credit facilities, amendments, refinancings, and other funding.
