Job summary

Westlake seeks a strategic Vice President & Treasurer to lead the global treasury function, optimize liquidity and funding, and guide capital market activities. You will partner with executives on strategic initiatives and ensure robust risk management across currencies and rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in corporate finance, capital markets and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cash and liquidity management framework with banking partners.
• Ensure liquidity to meet obligations and optimize funding costs.
• Evaluate and execute long-term debt financing for growth with covenant flexibility.
• Structure project financings to transfer risk to third parties.
• Manage interest rate, FX and other market risks via derivatives and hedging.
• Own cost of capital calculations for enterprise returns.
• Oversee enterprise risk management program and insurance programs.
• Support credit management for product sales and customer risk monitoring.
• Engage with investment banks, rating agencies and economic advisors for strategic planning.
• Support CEO/CFO in identifying acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
