Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a driven professional to join the Solution, Implementation, and Deployment team within the Technology organization. You will lead deployments of customer product tools globally and consult to configure sites to meet client needs within the platform.

You will provide subject matter expertise to Commercial, Product Development, and Support teams, drive end-to-end deployment, and collaborate across Amex GBT locations to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate travel and implementation projects.
• Project management experience is desired.
• Ability to drive results in a profit/loss environment.
• Experience prioritizing workload and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of customer product tools globally.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans on applicable projects.
• Coordinate discussions with clients to set expectations and resolve issues.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot site configurations, including travel policy and pricing.
• Contribute to standard processes for improved quality, standardization, and documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams across global Amex GBT locations.
• Update management on implementation status weekly and participate in team meetings.
• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with Product Development on new vendor offerings.
