Accenture PLC is seeking a Travel Security Senior Manager to lead the governance and evolution of its global Travel Security Program. You will enable business travel with a consistent, risk-based approach that strengthens duty of care and protects Accenture people worldwide.

As the global owner, you will establish standards, oversee performance, and drive improvement across regions, collaborating with Legal, HR, Mobility, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Travel Security or related fields.
• Experience leading a global Travel Security program.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 31030 and Travel Risk Management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Travel Security program strategy, governance framework, and operating model.
• Partner with regional teams to reflect geopolitical and risk trends in travel planning.
• Own traveler tracking, risk assessment, case management, and reporting platforms.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
