Job summary

Jump Trading Group is hiring a Travel Manager to own Jump’s global travel program from Chicago or New York. You will lead a regional team, manage travel policy, and drive a self-serve booking/expense experience on a next-gen tech stack.

Partner with global Ops and Finance to optimize spend and risk. You will analyze travel data, negotiate vendor relationships, and deliver traveler communications and trainings while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

7+ years in corporate travel and expense programs, including leadership roles.
Proficient with travel/expense systems (Navan, Concur, GDS) and workplace tools (Confluence, Workday, JIRA).
Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and data-driven decision making.
Experience with travel agency RFPs and private jet logistics is a plus.
Excellent communication across management levels and regions.

Responsibilities

Lead a global travel team with regional coverage and collaborate with Workplace Services and People Ops.
Own global travel policy and end-to-end program direction with senior leadership.
Build a self-serve travel product to enable easy booking and expense management.
Analyze travel data with the team to identify savings and business impact.
Oversee expense management including Concur and Navan configurations.
Negotiate with travel vendors and optimize supplier relationships.
Develop traveler communications, training, and change management.
Support travel risk monitoring and escalations; coordinate office visits.
Drive professional development and attend industry events.
