Jump Trading Group is hiring a Travel Manager to lead a global travel team, owning the travel program, policies, and expense systems. The role partners with Global Workplace Services and People Ops, with requirements for onsite work in the United States.

You'll build a self-serve travel experience, analyze travel data for savings, and coordinate supplier relations. Strong communication and leadership across regions are essential.

• Defines and manages a corporate travel program with strong governance.
• Experience with global travel policy, expense tools and vendors.
• Proven ability to lead regional travel teams and collaborate across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global travel team with regional representation and partner with Workplace Services.
• Own travel policy end-to-end and evolve it with business needs.
• Build a self-serve travel product to streamline booking and expenses.
• Analyze travel data and provide stakeholder-specific insights.
• Own expense process and tool configuration, including Concur and Navan.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate rates.
• Create traveler communications and training to drive adoption.
• Support travelers and handle escalations with a focus on risk management.
• Coordinate office visits and professional development in travel management.
