Job summary

McKinsey & Company in the United States is seeking a regional travel professional who will collaborate with our Regional Travel Manager to address service issues and improve traveler support. You will drive policy compliance, interact with finance and payments teams, and help optimize air, hotel, and car rental arrangements through Travel Category Managers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Regional Travel Manager to identify and address service-related issues and improve traveler support.
Address policy compliance and influence behaviors to ensure policy adherence; work with finance, tax and payments teams.
Support and drive global and regional travel initiatives; identify gaps to drive continuous improvement.
Work with Travel Category Managers on supplier relationships for air, hotel, and car rental; align with Optimize Travel goals.
