Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and demonstrable intellectual curiosity through professional training, advanced degree or professional impact.
• 5+ years of relevant corporate travel experience in North America; GDS knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a complex organization with entrepreneurial, collaborative attitude and strong judgment and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Travel Manager to address service-related issues and improve travel operations.
• Partner with local offices and our Travel Management Company to enhance service support and policy adherence.
• Identify and report on policy compliance, and propose updates to process and governance.
• Work with regional finance, tax, and payment teams to resolve issues and close gaps for a seamless traveler experience.
