Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Transportation Platforms & Solutions Director to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global transportation IT platforms. This role will drive DevOps practices, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, and partner with Transformation and Sector Deployment leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget deployments.

Location flexibility includes Plano, TX or Mexico City with up to 40% travel. The role requires strong TC/IT leadership, program management, and deep knowledge of

Qualifications

• Experience leading Transportation IT solutions in a large organization.
• Knowledge of transportation execution and planning processes in FMCG/CPG is preferred.
• Ability to influence across cultures and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Own IT functional ownership of global Transportation platforms and solutions.
• Lead the DevOps practices and ensure automated pipelines and deployment.
• Drive incident, problem and release management in partnership with providers.
• Define and manage the strategic roadmap and funding approvals.
• Collaborate with transformation leadership for high-quality deployments end-to-end.
