Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Director of Transportation Platforms & Solutions to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global transportation platforms and solutions. You will oversee DevOps, incident and release management, and collaborate with Transformation leadership to deploy TMS and related systems worldwide.

The role requires 10+ years in Transportation IT, strong program management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience managing teams configuring, deploying and sustaining Transportation IT solutions.
• Proven people management and leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills.
• Transportation execution and planning process knowledge in food industry and broad Supply Chain understanding.

Responsibilities

• IT functional ownership of global Transportation platforms and solutions in scope.
• Lead the IT team accountable for Transportation platforms and solutions implementation and support globally.
• Establish and lead DevOps practices for Transportation platforms and solutions.
• Be accountable for incident, problem and release management processes with SLA compliance.
• Owns the strategic roadmap for global Transportation platforms and solutions, including investment justification and funding.
