Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Global Transmission Calibration Engineer to develop, verify, and release automatic transmission calibrations across environments. The role includes hands-on in-vehicle calibration work and supporting test trips to ensure proper transmission operation and fuel economy.

You will collaborate with global teams, utilize ETAS-INCA, MATLAB, and in-vehicle instrumentation to meet objectives, and manage project deliverables for assigned programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 5 years of experience in Powertrain Calibration or related field.
• INCA/Canalyzer experience
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; MS-Office proficiency.
• Desire to perform in-vehicle test and development work in addition to desk work.
• Willingness to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, verify, and release transmission calibrations for automatic transmission applications.
• Perform hands-on, in-vehicle calibration development work.
• Coordinate global teams conducting various vehicle development activities.
• Support test trips to verify transmission operation across environmental conditions.
• Work with in-vehicle test instrumentation, ETAS-INCA calibration tools, and MATLAB.
• Manage calibration project deliverables for assigned projects.
