Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn, Alabama seeks a Transmission Calibration Engineer to develop customer driving experience and optimize fuel economy through transmission clutch control and drive strategy calibration.

You will use ETAS INCA, Matlab, and in-vehicle test instrumentation to deliver high-quality calibrations from concept through production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace/Automotive).
• 5+ years in Automotive Powertrain Calibration.
• Experience with INCA/CANalyzer toolsets.
• Proficient in Matlab scripting and data processing.
• Strong English language skills; ability to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate transmission clutch control and drive strategy.
• Develop methodologies and tools for analysis and verification.
• Manage calibration projects from start to finish for new programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet requirements.
• Support test trips to verify calibration across environments.
