Vanguard is seeking a seasoned global transfer pricing leader to shape and oversee international TP strategy, design policies, and governance.

The role partners with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Accounting, and Technology to drive compliant, value-driven decisions across Vanguard's global footprint.

This senior, client-facing position requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to translate complex tax issues into actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of transfer pricing and/or U.S. international tax experience in a public accounting firm, law firm, or multinational organization.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing global transfer pricing policies, documentation, benchmarking studies, intercompany agreements, and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic international tax support for cross-border transactions, operating models, and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vanguard's global transfer pricing strategy and framework, including design, implementation, and maintenance of transfer pricing policies, methodologies, intercompany pricing arrangements, documentation, and governance processes.
• Partner with Accounting to operationalize transfer pricing policies, oversee the global allocation framework, and maintain robust controls for monthly and annual processes.
• Support year-end tax provision processes by analyzing transfer pricing positions, intercompany results, and related tax accounting implications, coordinating with tax, finance, and controllership stakeholders.
• Lead Country-by-Country Reporting strategy and compliance program, including oversight of disclosures, governance, data collection, and cross-jurisdiction coordination.
