Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience focused on transfer pricing, tax planning, and/or controversy
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a similar field
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Taxation or a Juris Doctor is preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global transfer pricing policies, documentation, and compliance
• Lead transfer pricing audits and provide technical support to local tax teams
• Support international tax components of U.S. federal tax returns and other compliance obligations
• Collaborate with Tax Planning and non-tax teams on restructuring and integration with TP implications
• Drive process improvements and tax technology implementations to increase efficiency
