Job summary

IFF Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a skilled Transfer Pricing professional to join our global tax leadership. Based in New York with a hybrid schedule, you will partner with global stakeholders to align TP policies with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will build financial models, support tax provision and compliance, monitor affiliate profitability, and lead improvements to TP processes while collaborating with regional teams on audits and APA/BAPA matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of transfer pricing experience in public accounting or multinational corp.
• Strong knowledge of global TP principles, OECD guidelines.
• Experience supporting international TP planning and strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and financial modeling.
• Understanding TP documentation, compliance processes, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain transfer pricing policies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with international tax and tax planning teams on strategic initiatives and cross-border planning.
• Build and maintain financial models to support TP planning and decision-making.
• Support tax provision and compliance activities with TP calculations and reporting.
• Monitor affiliate profitability to ensure alignment with TP policies and target returns.
• Lead improvements to TP processes, controls, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
• Partner with regional teams to support TP audits, APAs/BAPAs, and competent authority matters.
