Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of transfer pricing experience in public accounting, multinational corp, or both.
• Strong knowledge of global transfer pricing principles, OECD guidelines.
• Experience supporting transfer pricing aspects of international tax planning and strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain transfer pricing policies.
• Collaborate with international tax and tax planning teams on strategic initiatives and cross-border planning.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support planning and decision-making.
• Support tax provision and tax compliance activities with transfer pricing analyses and reporting.
• Monitor affiliate profitability to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies and returns.
• Lead initiatives to improve transfer pricing processes, controls, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
• Educate finance, tax, and business stakeholders on transfer pricing strategies and regulatory developments.
• Oversee global transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
