Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master of Taxation preferred.
• CPA license is required.
• 8+ years of transfer pricing experience; 3+ years in public accounting or industry.
• Strong knowledge of US federal tax laws, OECD TP guidelines, US GAAP.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global transfer pricing documentation: Master file, Local files, CbC, benchmarking.
• Coordinate with external advisors and local teams for compliance.
• Maintain TP policies across jurisdictions and monitor intercompany results.
• Analyze TP implications of new products, expansions, and changes.
• Collaborate on GILTI, Subpart F, Foreign tax credits, Pillar Two, Form 5471.
• Evaluate tax implications of entity restructurings and cross-border deals.
• Lead TP audit defense with IRS and foreign authorities.
• Assist in other TP projects and initiatives.
