You will develop, implement, and defend global transfer pricing policies across manufacturing, IP, supply chain, services, and financing transactions, ensuring deadlines and reporting compliance. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in transfer pricing, CPA, and strong knowledge of US Federal tax laws, OECD guidelines, US GAAP, and Excel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; Master of Taxation preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of transfer pricing experience with minimum 3 years of public accounting or industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review global transfer pricing documentation (Master file, Local files, CbC Reporting, benchmarking).
• Coordinate with external advisors and local teams to meet global compliance requirements.
• Maintain transfer pricing policies across jurisdictions.
• Monitor intercompany transactions and perform transfer pricing true-ups.
• Analyze transfer pricing implications of new products, expansions, and changes.
• Collaborate on GILTI, Subpart F, Foreign Tax Credits, Pillar Two, Form 5471 and E&P calculations.
• Evaluate tax implications of entity restructurings and cross-border transactions.
• Lead transfer pricing audit defense with IRS and foreign authorities.
