Job summary

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the finance team at the San Jose, CA headquarters.

You will develop, implement, document, and defend global transfer pricing policies across manufacturing, IP, supply chain, services, and financing transactions, ensuring deadlines and reporting compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive TP experience, CPA, and strong knowledge of US tax law and OECD guidelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field. Master of Taxation preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of transfer pricing experience with minimum 3 years of public accounting or industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of US Federal tax laws, OECD TP Guidelines and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and review of global transfer pricing documentation (Master file, Local files, Country by Country Reporting, benchmarking studies).
• Coordinate with external advisors and local finance teams to meet global compliance requirements.
• Maintain transfer pricing policies and procedures across all jurisdictions.
• Monitor intercompany transaction results and perform periodic transfer pricing true-ups.
• Analyze transfer pricing implications of new products, business expansions, and operational changes.
• Collaborate with the international tax team on GILTI, Subpart F, Foreign Tax Credits, Pillar Two, Form 5471 reporting and E&P calculations.
• Evaluate tax implications of legal entity restructuring and cross-border transactions.
• Lead transfer pricing audit defense efforts with IRS and other authorities.
