Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 0-2 years related experience and/or training.
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Familiar with email systems and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to customers and colleagues via multiple channels.
• Process international transactions accurately in various systems, including currency and wire processing.
• Leverage technology and resources to perform functions efficiently.
• Research and resolve issues independently.
• Share knowledge with team to strengthen processes and regulatory understanding.
• Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental goals.
• Stay updated on changes affecting processing and service opportunities.
• Apply knowledge of compliance (BSA/AML, OFAC) to transaction processing.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of international processing and related services.
• Maintain good relationships with internal/external customers and management.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist other employees through positive interactions; support marketing efforts.
• Engage in professional training and cross-training opportunities.
