EY in Houston seeks an International Tax and Transaction Services - Transaction Tax Advisory Manager to lead engagements on tax aspects of corporate acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and capital market transactions. You will manage and deliver multi-process projects, guide teams, and advise on complex tax strategies for private equity and corporate clients.

4–6 years of relevant experience or more.
Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
Ability to analyze tax risks and opportunities within transactions.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and track deliverable completion and project status.
Participate in client working sessions and lead workstreams (planning, execution, closure).
Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
Identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities while advising on alternative tax strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses.
Plan, execute, and integrate transaction strategies for clients.
